This privacy statement describes how Fork Rim Games (henceforth called FRG) collects and uses the information which you provide.
FRG does not access or track any precise geolocation based information from your mobile device at any time while downloading or using this Website or Affiliated Applications.

FRG will retain the collected information for as long as you interact with this application, as needed to provide you services and reasonably operate and support FRG's business, and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Rainbow may request certain types of in-game permissions. We require these permissions for the following reasons:

| Prevent device from sleeping: | To prevent the closing of the application while a networked game is active |
| View Network Connections: | To warn you when your phone is using cellular data to download content, as this may result in additional data charges with your carrier |
We do not sell your data, nor do we share any personal information with any third parties not acting on FRG's behalf without your consent
FRG uses first-party and third-party analytics technologies to collect information when you play this application on your devices. These tools collect and analyze certain types of information, including mobile device ID or other device identifiers, platform type, and other information about the application including game state and the date and time of activity on the game, information about how your game is used, including game metrics and statistics, and other similar information. FRG uses this information for the purposes described in “Collection and Use” above.
The third-party analytics companies who collect anonymous information through our mobile application may combine this information with other information they have independently collected.
FRG understands the importance of keeping your information safe and secure. FRG will make commercially reasonable effort to protect your information and ensure the security of our systems. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. We cannot assume responsibility or liability for unauthorized access to our servers and systems.
